The ER Summit, hosted by Food on the Stove during National EMS Week, was a powerful and purposeful gathering of emergency response professionals. Held at the Inova Center for Personalized Health, this event brought together EMS and ER teams with one goal in mind: to strengthen relationships, spark meaningful dialogue, and explore ways to optimize our system so that patients receive the best possible outcomes.
Our goal was simple: foster connection, encourage dialogue, and work together to optimize the emergency care system. We explored new ways to improve communication, streamline processes, and ultimately deliver the highest quality care to the communities we serve.
At the heart of this summit, we reserved the main sessions to pour into the men and women who give so much of themselves every day. Our presenters didn’t just inform—but encouraged, uplift, and pour back into these selfless professionals who tirelessly serve our communities.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our generous sponsors, presenters, and attendees, whose presence and participation made the summit meaningful and impactful.
This is just the beginning of an ongoing journey to strengthen the connection between EMS and ER professionals. Together, we can build a more resilient and responsive emergency care system, one rooted in compassion, collaboration, and shared purpose.
